Charter - how to live together in shared
The communal areas are cleaned once a week by a cleaning lady.
Individual rooms are maintained by the tenants.
Pets are not allowed.
Non-smoking flats.
Entrance to building locked by coded key + intercom.
- A laundry room is available (washing and drying machines, clothes line).
- For each tenant: 1 wardrobe, 1 shoe rack and 1 letter box.
- In the attic: storage space for suitcases, etc.
- Bike storage available.
